Lawyer with more than 12 years of professional experience, 7 of which have been dedicated to highly complex environmental and territorial projects in northern Chile. Specialist in indigenous, environmental, and administrative law, she has advised communities, consulting firms, and companies in every phase of the SEIA cycle, from strategic design to defense in environmental courts.
He has provided direct legal advice to Atacameño and Aymara indigenous communities, participating in key indigenous consultation processes such as Quebrada Blanca Phase 2 and the Collahuasi EIA, as well as litigating before the First Environmental Court in cases related to environmental compliance and violation of RCA commitments. He has also worked with institutions such as CONADI and the National Institute of Human Rights (INDH).
